Blackstrap rum, Campari, pineapple and lime. Bittersweet tiki from 1970s Kuala Lumpur.

Ingredients
143 ml before ice, about 206 ml in the glass
- 45 ml Blackstrap rum
- 22.5 ml Campari
- 45 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Demerara syrup
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish
A pineapple wedge.
