IBA Tiki
Two Havana Club rums, amaretto, hazelnut, passion fruit and pineapple over pebbled ice. A newer tiki build on the IBA list.
Ingredients
230 ml before ice, about 321 ml in the glass
- 30 ml Aged Cuban rum Havana Club Profundo
- 30 ml Smoky aged rum Havana Club Smoky
- 15 ml Amaretto
- 5 ml Frangelico
- 5 drops Maraschino liqueur
- 30 ml Passion fruit purée
- 90 ml Pineapple juice
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 1 Thin slice of fresh ginger
Method
- In a cocktail shaker muddle a thin slice of ginger, Pour all other ingredients.
- Shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a chilled Tiki glass filled with pebbled ice.
Garnish
Citruses and dehydrated pineapple slice.
