Ingredients
140 ml before ice, about 205 ml in the glass
- 60 ml Pisco
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a chilled goblet glass.
Garnish
Few dashes of Amargo bitters on top as an aromatic garnish.
Notes
Contains raw egg.
