Ingredients
95 ml before ice, about 115 ml in the glass
- 60 ml Cachaça
- 20 ml Sweet vermouth
- 15 ml Cynar
- 2 drops Angostura bitters optional
Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a rocks glass, add ice and stir briefly.
Garnish
An orange twist.
