Ingredients
62 ml before ice, about 99 ml in the glass
- 40 ml Old Tom gin
- 10 ml Maraschino liqueur
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Method
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into chilled rocks glass with ice.
Garnish
A lemon zest and a maraschino cherry.
