Equal parts gin, apricot brandy and calvados. Dry, orchard-fruity and stronger than it tastes.

Ingredients
90 ml before ice, about 146 ml in the glass
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Apricot brandy
- 30 ml Calvados
Method
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
None. IBA serves it without a garnish.
