# Russian Spring Punch

> Russian Spring Punch, the IBA official recipe: vodka, lemon juice, crème de cassis, simple syrup and sparkling wine. Shaken and served long over ice.

- Volume: 135 ml (4½ oz) before ice, about 192 ml in the glass

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

- 25 ml (⅞ oz) [Lemon juice](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/lemon/index.md)
- 15 ml (½ oz) [Crème de cassis](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/creme-de-cassis/index.md)
- 10 ml (⅓ oz) [Simple syrup](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/simple-syrup/index.md)
- Top up [Sparkling wine](https://jigger-5rd.pages.dev/ingredients/sparkling-wine/index.md)

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker except the sparkling wine, shake well with ice, strain into chilled tall tumbler glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling wine.

## Garnish

Blackberries and optionally a lemon slice as well.
