> Casino, the IBA official recipe: 40 ml Old Tom gin, 10 ml maraschino liqueur, 10 ml lemon juice and 2 dashes orange bitters. Shaken and served on the rocks, garnished with a lemon zest and a maraschino cherry.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, strain into chilled rocks glass with ice.

## Garnish

A lemon zest and a maraschino cherry.
