# Bee’s Knees

> Bee’s Knees, the IBA official recipe: 52.5 ml gin, 2 tsp honey syrup, 22.5 ml lemon juice and 22.5 ml orange juice. Shaken and served up in a chilled cocktail glass.

A Prohibition-era gin sour softened with honey and brightened with orange juice.

## Ingredients

Amounts are for one drink. Ounces use 30 ml to the ounce.

## Method

1. Stir honey with lemon and orange juices until it dissolves, add gin and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

## Garnish

Optionally garnish with a lemon or orange zest.
