# Alexander

> Alexander, the IBA official recipe: 30 ml cognac, 30 ml crème de cacao and 30 ml cream. Shaken and served up in a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with sprinkle fresh ground nutmeg on top.

Cognac, chocolate liqueur and cream shaken into dessert in a glass. Fresh nutmeg on top keeps it from tipping into sweetness.

## Method

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Sprinkle fresh ground nutmeg on top.
